What inspired you to be a travel consultant?

We have always been interested in travel, but our niche is Disney/Universal holidays. We decided to move into travel consultancy as we get as much pleasure out of talking and organising Disney holidays as we do going on them.

What do you love most about working as an independent travel consultant?

The flexibility to build our own brand, whilst having the support of others and Jamie to learn and grow.

What has been your favourite holiday you’ve ever taken?


Walt Disney World, staying on Disney property, when the eldest children were younger. This was a magical holiday.

Do you have a travel tip or hack that always makes a holiday smoother?

For a Disney holiday, planning ahead is key, especially if you are staying on property and using the Dining Plan and want to secure those hard-to-get dining reservations and Lightning Lanes for the rides you must go on.

If you could recommend one hidden gem or must-visit place, where would it be?

If we are talking Disney, visit the Fantasmic show in Hollywood Studios as this is one of the best nighttime spectaculars. For another destination, visiting the ruins in Ephesus, Türkiye was really interesting.

What's your favourite travel snack, guilty-pleasure holiday read, or holiday cocktail?

100% Pina Colada or Sangria.

City or theme park.

If you weren't working in travel, what would you be doing instead?
